To place an order:

• You must be over 19 years or older
• Must have a valid shipping address
• Choose a payment option & make payment for your order

We know that discretion is important. We use secure packaging for maximum protection. We use generic mailers to package your marijuana products and ensure there is no writing that would identify or advertise the contents.

Yes, as long as your order has not been shipped. Email us at sales@rawleaf.de and we will confirm the cancellation. Then place your new order.

Your order will ship two hours after your payment has been received and confirmed. All orders and payment received by 5:30pm CET will be shipped the next business day.

Yes, we have customer representatives that you can communicate with by email or chat. Our support team operates 24/7, and we typically respond immediately or within a short period after receiving your request. 

We only accept payment through BANK TRANSFER, BITCOIN & ETHEREUM. Once payment has been received we will send you an email confirming receipt of your payment.

All orders over €200 are shipped free of charge with Express Shipping. For orders under €200, there is either a €15.00 or €20.00 shipping charge depending on the shipping option you choose.

Yes we ship cannabis out of Germany to other countries in Europe.

This will depend on the shipping option you choose before you checkout your order. There are two main shipping options available. Express Shipping and Standard Shipping.

If you don’t get your package two days after the expected delivery date, contact us at sales@rawleaf.de to let us know and we’ll file a trace. When a trace is filed, we’ll conduct an investigation (which can take 5 business days to complete). If we locate the package, we will re-ship it to you using the same shipping option you selected. If it’s deemed “unrecoverable” or lost in transit, we will send you a replacement package of the same worth of your previous package and an extra bonus worth up to €50.
